Important Note: Submitting this booking request form does not constitute an immediate confirmation or a guaranteed reservation for a studio visit. Please do not visit the studio without a prior confirmed appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the steps after I submit the form?
Once your request is received, we review the details and reach out within 24–48 hours via WhatsApp or Email with estimated pricing, available dates, and design feedback. Once a date is chosen and the booking deposit is paid, your session is officially confirmed on the calendar.
Why is a booking deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit is mandatory to secure your dedicated time slot in our schedule and cover preliminary design preparation. This deposit is fully deducted from the final price on the day of your tattoo session.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit as long as you provide written notice at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice, late arrivals over 20 minutes, or missed appointments will result in the loss of the deposit.
Can I get tattooed if I am under 18 with parental consent?
No. Under regional health regulations in the Community of Madrid, all clients must be at least 18 years old. A valid physical identity document (National ID, Passport, or NIE/TIE) is mandatory on the day of the appointment. No exceptions are accepted.
When will I see my custom design?
Custom projects are crafted specifically for your body anatomy and will never be replicated. The finalized design is presented and fine-tuned together with you in the studio on the day of the appointment to ensure optimal scale and contour fit.
How should I prepare for my tattoo session?
Make sure you are well-rested, drink plenty of water, and eat a substantial meal before your appointment. Do not consume alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours prior. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the area being tattooed.
Where is the studio located?
Sessions take place by appointment only in an authorized private studio in Fuenlabrada, Madrid. The exact address and parking/transit directions are provided along with your formal booking confirmation.
